That red gets my goat!

Posted by Magrat (Nordhausen, Germany) on 23 May 2010 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio.

The same goat as here...

Dependent on exposure time and available light you can get pretty variable red tones with those redcale films. This picture is one of the same redscale film as my yesterday's, but looks quite different (I think it was just underexposed).
I prefer the yesterday's colors, but I like the way the goat is looking through the fence... ;)

this is cute compo, but red hue reminds me of blood and death of this poor one :)

@MARIANA: OMG...it was not my intention! But I can assure you that this goat has a wonderful life in our town park, where she already lives for some years now... :) Thanks for your comment, Mariana, greetings! :)

I did similar to this with a red lens on my digital. You can get them inexpensively. The kind you would use for black and white film to give greater contrast gives you the rich red and orange spectrum you have here. I will have to try redscale though just for the fun of it. Love this goat! I really like them when they are itty bitty!
